Stand up Surf Zone is now holding regular group fitness sessions for ladies. Health and fitness experts all over the world are quickly catching up with the outstanding cross-training benefits of SUP, with several personal trainers in France, England, Australia and the US incorporating the sport into their sessions. The primary aim is to have fun. Our focus will be on stroke correction, and circuit training on Stand up Paddle Boards.
These sessions will begin in April ’12.
Group Lessons (4-5) are €35 per person per hr .
