This is an interesting article that i found on wrist RSI. Something common in SUP.

Read and see what you think. I suffered from this a few years ago and found the POWERBALL and excellent training aid to build strength and aid healing and recovery. A friend sells them if anyone is interested in one at a good price. Plug! Plug!!
